Their privacy policies apply to the copies they hold. WhatsApp Agents chats are not end-to-end encrypted; this is how WhatsApp's agent feature works. Messages sent to BabyBot through WhatsApp Agents are processed by that platform, BabyBot and the AI or connected-service providers needed to answer your request. We promptly delete a departing member’s live data; encrypted backup copies expire within 90 days, followed by a 7-day hidden-version deletion grace, and the member’s deleted data is never restored to service. Contact support for the scope and retention details of your request; applicable privacy rights still apply.",
