How BabyBot Labs LLC handles household security, and what you should know while the service is in beta. Last updated September 7, 2026.
How we protect your household
Separate household workspaces
BabyBot runs on Fly.io. Each household has its own assistant workspace and persistent storage. Shared services handle message routing, onboarding and payment records. Those shared services are part of the security boundary too.
Protected messaging access
The credential for BabyBot's public Telegram account is held by the shared routing service. Household workers use separate credentials to access their assigned messages. This limits access between households; it does not make any system immune to compromise.
Understand what your household shares
Members use a shared assistant and shared context. Information from one member can influence replies to another. A direct message to BabyBot does not create a separate private memory account within the household.
Clear control over your information
Removing a message, asking BabyBot to forget something, leaving a household and deleting a household have different effects. Contact support to confirm the scope of an export or deletion request. Copies held by messaging platforms and other providers follow their own processes.
No sale of your conversations
We do not sell personal information or use your conversations to train our own public AI models. AI providers process relevant messages and context to generate replies. Our Privacy Policy explains these providers and when support may need to review information.
A website without advertising trackers
This website serves its fonts, images and scripts from babybot.app and does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting still involves ordinary request records. Following a link to another service brings you under that service's privacy practices.
Current limits
- BabyBot has not completed an independent security audit. We do not claim security certification.
- Persistent storage and snapshots can help with recovery, but a complete household restore has not yet been verified. They do not guarantee that every change can be undone or every lost item recovered.
- Some updates and account requests need an operator. We do not promise automatic rollback for every failure or removal of every data copy within 24 hours.
