Privacy Policy

Last updated September 7, 2026.

BabyBot Labs LLC is responsible for the personal information it processes to provide BabyBot. This policy explains what we use, why we use it, who helps provide the service and how to contact us about your information.

1. Information we process

Account and household information: messaging identifiers, profile details you share, household membership, invitations and access records.

Conversations: your messages, attachments, voice notes, transcripts and BabyBot's replies.

Saved context: information remembered from conversations, preferences, plans and other records used to keep your assistant useful over time.

Payment information: payment and invoice identifiers, status, purchased plan, access dates and redemption records. Do not send us wallet keys, recovery phrases or full payment-card details.

Connected-service information: permissions, access credentials and information needed for features you enable, such as calendar or email tasks.

Service and support records: request times, errors, delivery records, ordinary website request information and correspondence you send to support.

2. Why we use it

We use this information to generate replies, remember relevant context, carry out requests, route messages to the correct household, manage access and payments, and resolve service and security problems.

When you ask us to investigate a problem, authorized support operators may need to review relevant messages, replies and technical records. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising or use your conversations to train our own public AI models.

3. Sharing within a household

Members use a shared assistant and shared context. Information supplied by one member may influence replies to another member. A direct message to BabyBot does not create a separate private memory account within the household. Only share information you are comfortable having used in that shared context.

Messages sent to a group can be seen by its participants under the messaging platform's rules. A household invitation gives another person access to the shared assistant; consider this before inviting someone.

4. Service providers and connected accounts

BabyBot runs on Fly.io. Household workspaces use separate persistent storage, while shared services handle routing, onboarding, membership and payment records. Our production hosting is in the United States.

Messaging platforms, including Telegram and Signal where supported, process the messages and account information carried through their services. Their privacy policies apply to the copies they hold.

Z.ai provides AI processing for BabyBot replies. Relevant messages and household context are sent to its API. Its API Data Processing Addendum describes processing on our behalf and generally locates that processing in Singapore. Some configured fallback routes use Alibaba Cloud. When used, that provider receives relevant messages and context under its own API terms.

Voice features can use ElevenLabs to transcribe audio or generate speech. When that feature is enabled, the audio or text needed for it is sent to the speech provider. Connected calendars, email services and other integrations receive the information needed to perform the actions you request.

NOWPayments processes crypto checkout and payment records under its own terms. Transactions can also appear on public blockchains. BabyBot records the payment information needed to recognize a purchase and provide the correct access.

These providers may process information outside your country. Provider processing, retention and legal obligations differ. We do not promise that all providers retain no data. We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. Website privacy

The BabyBot website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts, images and scripts are served from babybot.app. Our hosting can still process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, requested page, time and browser details, to deliver and secure the site.

When you follow a link to a messaging platform, checkout provider or other website, that service has its own privacy practices.

6. Retention and deletion

Conversation history and saved context persist to support continuity. Payment, access, security and support records serve different purposes and may need different retention periods. We do not currently promise a single automatic expiry period for all of these records.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion by contacting support. Tell us whether the request concerns a message, saved memory, your membership or an entire household. We may need to verify your identity and authority so we do not disclose or delete another member's information.

Deleting a message in a chat app does not necessarily delete BabyBot's saved context. Removing active data also does not instantly remove all copies from backups or independent providers. We will explain the scope of a completed request and any records that must be retained for legal or payment obligations.

Your local law may give you additional privacy rights, including rights to object to processing, withdraw consent where it applies or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.

7. Younger household members

BabyBot does not replace parental supervision. Messaging platforms have their own age requirements. If you are a parent or guardian with a question about a child's information or access, contact us so we can review the request and the applicable protections.

8. Security

Separate household workspaces and access controls help protect information, but no online service is completely secure. Household sharing, service providers and authorized support access remain part of how BabyBot works. Our Security page explains current protections and recovery limits.

9. Updates to this policy

We will publish revisions with an updated date and provide any additional notice or consent required for a material change. Updating this page does not remove privacy commitments that apply to information already collected.
