Privacy Policy — BabyBot — 2026-09-24

Original source / Fuente original (JSON)

Last updated September 24, 2026.

BabyBot Labs LLC is responsible for the personal information it processes to provide BabyBot. This policy explains what we use, why we use it, who helps provide the service and how to contact us about your information.

1. Information we process

Account and household information: messaging identifiers, profile details you share, household membership, invitations and access records.

Conversations: your messages, attachments, voice notes, transcripts and BabyBot's replies.

Saved context: information remembered from conversations, preferences, plans and other records used to keep your assistant useful over time.

Payment information: payment and invoice identifiers, status, purchased plan, access dates and redemption records. Do not send us wallet keys, recovery phrases or full payment-card details.

Connected-service information: permissions, access credentials and information needed for features you enable, such as calendar or email tasks.

Service and support records: request times, errors, delivery records, ordinary website request information and correspondence you send to support.

2. Why we use it

We use this information to generate replies, remember relevant context, carry out requests, route messages to the correct household, manage access and payments, and resolve service and security problems.

When you ask us to investigate a problem, authorized support operators may need to review relevant messages, replies and technical records. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising or use your conversations to train our own public AI models.

3. Sharing within a household

Members use a shared assistant and shared context. Information supplied by one member may influence replies to another member. A direct message to BabyBot does not create a separate private memory account within the household. Only share information you are comfortable having used in that shared context.

Messages sent to a group can be seen by its participants under the messaging platform's rules. A household invitation gives another person access to the shared assistant; consider this before inviting someone.

4. Service providers and connected accounts

BabyBot runs on Fly.io. Household workspaces use separate persistent storage, while shared services handle routing, onboarding, membership and payment records. Our production hosting is in the United States.

Messaging platforms, including Telegram and Signal where supported, process the messages and account information carried through their services. Their privacy policies apply to the copies they hold.

Z.ai provides AI processing for BabyBot replies. Relevant messages and household context are sent to its API. Its API Data Processing Addendum describes processing on our behalf and generally locates that processing in Singapore. Some configured fallback routes use Alibaba Cloud. When used, that provider receives relevant messages and context under its own API terms.

Voice features use OpenAI to transcribe voice notes, with ElevenLabs as a backup, and ElevenLabs to generate spoken replies. When a voice feature is used, the audio or text needed for it is sent to that speech provider. Connected calendars, email services and other integrations receive the information needed to perform the actions you request.

Google Calendar is optional. If a member connects it, BabyBot asks Google for one permission only: to see, add, change and delete events on that member's Google calendars. It never asks for Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other part of the Google account. BabyBot uses those events only for what the member asks: showing their schedule, spotting conflicts, preparing their daily brief, and adding or changing events they approve. Google sign-in credentials are kept encrypted in a separate BabyBot calendar service and never enter the household's chats, backups or exports. The event details needed for a reply are processed to write that reply. BabyBot never sells Google user data, never uses it for advertising, and does not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. A member can disconnect at any time by asking BabyBot or from their Google Account settings; disconnecting revokes BabyBot's access and removes BabyBot's synced copy of their Google events, and deleting an account does the same. BabyBot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

NOWPayments processes crypto checkout and payment records under its own terms. Transactions can also appear on public blockchains. BabyBot records the payment information needed to recognize a purchase and provide the correct access.

These providers may process information outside your country. Provider processing, retention and legal obligations differ. We do not promise that all providers retain no data. We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. Website privacy

The BabyBot website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts, images and scripts are served from babybot.app. Our hosting can still process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, requested page, time and browser details, to deliver and secure the site.

When you follow a link to a messaging platform, checkout provider or other website, that service has its own privacy practices.

6. Retention and deletion

Conversation history and saved context persist to support continuity. Payment, access, security and support records serve different purposes and may need different retention periods. We do not currently promise a single automatic expiry period for all of these records.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion by contacting support. Tell us whether the request concerns a message, saved memory, your membership or an entire household. We may need to verify your identity and authority so we do not disclose or delete another member's information.

Deleting a message in a chat app does not necessarily delete BabyBot's saved context. Removing active data also does not instantly remove all copies from backups or independent providers. We will explain the scope of a completed request and any records that must be retained for legal or payment obligations.

Your local law may give you additional privacy rights, including rights to object to processing, withdraw consent where it applies or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.

7. Younger household members

BabyBot does not replace parental supervision. Messaging platforms have their own age requirements. If you are a parent or guardian with a question about a child's information or access, contact us so we can review the request and the applicable protections.

8. Security

Separate household workspaces and access controls help protect information, but no online service is completely secure. Household sharing, service providers and authorized support access remain part of how BabyBot works. Our Security page explains current protections and recovery limits.

9. Updates to this policy

We will publish revisions with an updated date and provide any additional notice or consent required for a material change. Updating this page does not remove privacy commitments that apply to information already collected.

Terms of Service — BabyBot — 2026-09-07

Original source / Fuente original (JSON)

Last updated September 7, 2026.

BabyBot is provided by BabyBot Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms describe the service, your responsibilities and how to get help.

1. What BabyBot does

BabyBot is an AI assistant available through supported messaging services. It can help with questions, planning and everyday tasks, and use saved household context to maintain continuity. Features vary by plan and by the services you connect.

BabyBot is in beta. Replies can be inaccurate, features can change, and service can be interrupted. Check important information before relying on it. BabyBot is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

BabyBot is not an emergency service and may not recognize or respond to a crisis. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly.

2. Your account and household

Keep control of the messaging account you use with BabyBot. Protect invitation links and payment or recovery codes, and share household access only with people you intend to invite. Tell support if you believe someone has gained access without permission.

A household uses a shared assistant and shared context. Information from one member may influence replies to another. A direct message to BabyBot does not create an isolated private memory account within that household.

Each member must meet the age and account requirements of the messaging platform they use. BabyBot does not replace parental supervision. Parents and guardians can contact support about a younger member's information or access.

3. Plans and payments

The checkout page describes the plan, price, currency and period of access for a purchase. Availability, trials and included features can change, so review the offer shown before paying.

Current crypto purchases are prepaid and do not automatically renew. Your payment provider may charge network or processing fees. Follow the payment instructions carefully, including the selected asset, network and amount.

Keep your receipt and payment ID. If purchased access does not appear, a payment is duplicated or you need help with a refund request, contact support with the receipt details. Do not send wallet keys or recovery phrases. A blockchain transfer cannot simply be reversed; contact us to investigate payment problems.

Claim codes may be used to activate access. Keep them private and keep your payment ID for purchase support. Do not try to redeem someone else's payment. A receipt does not authorize access to another household.

Nothing in these terms takes away refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that apply under the law.

4. Your content and connected services

Your content remains yours. You allow BabyBot to process the content you provide as needed to carry out your requests and operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Share only information you have the right to provide.

Connecting a calendar, email account or other service gives BabyBot access within the permissions you grant. Review those permissions and any proposed action carefully. The connected service and your messaging platform also have their own terms and privacy practices.

Our Privacy Policy explains household sharing, providers and data requests.

5. Responsible use

Do not use BabyBot for illegal activity, fraud, harassment or harm.

Do not attempt to access another household, steal credentials or bypass access controls.

Do not deliberately overload the service or interfere with other members' access.

Do not submit another person's private information without appropriate permission.

We may restrict access when needed to address abuse, a security risk or a legal requirement. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

6. Leaving and data requests

You can stop using BabyBot at any time. Leaving a household, removing saved information and deleting an entire household have different effects. Contact support to clarify what you want removed or exported, especially when other members are involved.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on an account or household request. Deleting something in a messaging app does not necessarily delete stored BabyBot context or copies held by other providers. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep BabyBot useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free replies or recovery of every lost item. Keep a separate copy of information you cannot afford to lose. Our Security page describes current protections and limits.

We will publish updates to these terms with a new revision date and provide any additional notice or consent required by applicable law. Changes do not remove rights that the law gives you or retroactively change a completed purchase.
